Announcing Baby Anderson

We are happy to announce that we are pregnant!!! Baby #2 is 11 weeks and a few days old. It was a difficult task this time around to hold the news in! Especially since I started showing at around 7 weeks! Thank goodness for the winter and baggy clothes.

The announcing started with Jammer's Mom, she was going to be in Hawaii with us so right then we knew we'd have to say something since I would be in a bathing suit and my being so thin normally would've been quite obvious something was going on. Hehe. It was a little earlier than I was ready to announce, wanted to try and wait a little bit longer, but it all worked out great. We had Tre give her a "Valentine's card". She flew into Hawaii the day after us so when Tre woke up from his nap and she arrived at the house after her flight we brought the card and Tre upstairs and Tre handed her the card. Then the Sunday after we got home from Hawaii (Sunday, February 21st) we had planned to go up to OC to my parent's house to celebrate my Mom and nephew's birthdays with a family dinner. On Jammer's way home from work he called his Dad to announce the news, then on our way up to my parent's house we called Jammer's sister and brothers. We got a hold of his sister, Malia and she was very excited! We couldn't get a hold of his brothers, Justin & John so that was a bummer.

As soon as we got to my parent's house I was anxious to get the presents part going because I was feeling so uncomfortable having to hold something in front of my stomach and just felt awkward and wanted everyone to know already, so I asked if we could open presents before dinner. Luckily they agreed and my nephew started with his presents, I anxiously awaited my Mom's turn to open her gift from us (plus my sister Ashley had to work till like 6:30ish so I was hoping that she would get there in time). Here is a video of the pre-announcement, you can see the anxiety on my face as I ask Jammer if he is videotaping. I was so nervous. Then she opened her actual gifts from us first and then I told her to open the card last. Finally it was time for her to open the card and I had covered the pics with the ultrasound with a Tessa May Postcard and I think she was a little confused, like what does this mean because I didn't actually write anything on the card (I actually forgot to, whoops). Then she flipped to the next picture which was a collage of Tre, Noa and the ultrasound, she still almost didn't get it, but then the ultrasound caught her eye and she knew!!! Here is the video...

We then got a hold of Justin and John tonight and are happy to say that all of our immediate family is in the loop.

I have been keeping track of things in posts that were waiting to be posted for after we told our families, so I will be posting some of those over the next day if interested in reading and seeing ultrasound pics!

Here is a pic of what I gave to our Mom's, when they opened their cards...

2nd Ultrasound

I had a doctor's appointment with my OBGYN 4 weeks after my last ultrasound, I was 11 weeks. We did a full check up as well as another ultrasound to see the development of our little munchkin. All things looked well and the little one is growing like a weed.

Due to our coming home from Hawaii the night before Jammer ended up having to stay home with Tre since Tre wasn't awake by the time I had to leave for my appointment and after his long day the day before I couldn't bear to wake him up for something he probably wouldn't care too much to be there for, so Jammer didn't get to see the ultrasound. Luckily we have another appointment on the 4th of March with another ultrasound so if all goes well, they will be able to come for that one.

Here are a few more pics of Baby Anderson...

Hawaii

Our trip to Hawaii was awesome! Tre was so much fun this time, so much more to do with him since he is much more independent. We took him to the beach, he got to check out dolphins close up, lots of beach days, riding a surfboard for the first time, etc.

We arrived in Hawaii on Tuesday, February 9th, Tre's actual 19 month birthday. It was a ROUGH experience. We drove up to Jammer's parent's house the night before our flight so she could take us in the morning and Tre was asleep on the way there but then slightly woke up when we arrived and when he was brought into the room he was sleeping in and I put him in his pack'n play he cried, HARD! I was in the room with him for a LONG time and he was not settled even after he finally fell asleep. He woke probably every hour after that with a bit of crying and I had to shush him back to sleep. He woke up around 5am and this time was standing up and crying really hard, asking for me and so I decided to try laying down in our bed with him, he wasn't too keen on doing this at first but then we got in a good cuddle position and he got comfortable, however, I had to get up and get ready at 5:55am so by the time he got cozy and ready to fall back to sleep, my alarm on my phone goes off and upset him again. I tried to get him to cuddle with Jammer so I could sneak out and get ready but ultimately he wasn't happy and was crying. We finally tried to get him excited about getting up by telling him his Tutu was there and wanted to see him and that we were going to get on an airplane that day. Needless to say I did not get a good night's sleep! We got ourselves situated and off to the airport. Then of course due to the bad night's sleep Tre was overtired and would not nap. He FINALLY fell asleep around 11:45am-ish after a bit of screaming (which I had never heard him do before). He woke up an hour later because the little kid in the seat over from me (on the other side of the aisle) made some crazy sound and it woke Tre up, then Jammer tried to get him to go back to sleep since he was in the window seat (note to self, always make sure whoever is holding Tre while he sleeps is in the window seat to avoid aisle and next to aisle noise). He slept for an additional 35 minutes or so, then it was almost time to land.

He was a happy kid once we were off the plane and in the airport checking things out. We had a tiny bit of drama at the baggage claim. First we thought we scored because our 3 bags were waiting for us on the carousel (looks like ours were the first to get off) BUT Tre's car seat was missing and never showed up. Freak me out! Luckily the airline had a loaner for us so we could leave the airport and they told us that as soon as they found the car seat they would have it delivered. Phew! Jammer's grandparents picked us up and we went to their house. Tre was so happy to be running around his Gigi's house. We decided to take him to the Outrigger beach for a little bit just to stretch his legs and get in the water. He LOVED it! I can't tell you how stoked he looked in the water, running to and from the water, etc. He even learned to say "HAWAII" and was saying it tons. I took a video of him and Jammer in the water and him saying "Hawaii", click here to check it out. That evening we had dinner on the patio at Jammer's grandparent's house, Tre got to bed SUPER late according to Cali time (9:20pm Cali time).

The next day, Wednesday, February 10th, Tre adjusted pretty closely to Hawaii time mostly due to being so tired he technically slept in but I'm sure the dark factor had something to do with helping him sleep longer as well. He woke up at 6am Hawaii time (Hawaii time is 2 hours earlier than Cali). We ended up just hanging at the house that morning, just because we wanted to adjust our times and just relax after a busy day before. The airline called us that morning to let us know they found our car seat, THANK GOODNESS! They were supposed to deliver it around 2ish. Tre went down for his nap, Jammer went surfing while Tre napped and then we took Tre to the Outrigger beach that afternoon. Jammer's Mom arrived in Hawaii that afternoon (once Tre was up we announced our baby news to her - to see the video you can click here). After all the excitement we got ready and went to the Outrigger beach. The car seat didn't show up and we waited until 3pm so we decided to leave with the loaner, luckily they dropped off the car seat an hour later so it was there when we got back. Then that evening we ate dinner on the patio at Jammer's grandparent's house.

Thursday, February 11th Tre woke up at 6:25am HA time, we decided to take him to this hotel called The Kahala Hotel and Resort that has dolphins, turtles and fish. There was a dolphin that was playing with a basketball so immediately Tre was intrigued watching the ball, ultimately, he kept asking for the ball. Hehe. We wandered around there for a bit and then came back home to put Tre down for his nap. Jammer surfed while Tre napped. When Tre woke up I'm pretty sure we took him to the Outrigger beach, but for the life of me I cannot remember. Hehe. No pics to remind me.

Friday, February 12th Jammer went surfing with his Uncle in the early morning so Tre and I hung at the house until he got back, then when it was time for Tre to take his nap, Jammer stayed home (and napped as well) while Jammer's Grandma, Mom and I went and did a little shopping. Then when Tre woke up from his nap we took him to the Outrigger beach. Check out this video of Tre doing flips with the help of Daddy.

Saturday, February 13th we went to Portlock so Jammer could do some stand up paddling. Tre got to do some cruising around as well. Tre was having so much fun on the paddle board and Jammer couldn't wipe the smile off his face if he tried, he was enjoying cruising around with Tre on the board. Here is a video of Tre cruising the ocean with Jammer. We then took Tre home for his nap and after his nap we hung out at the house and got cleaned up and stuff to get ready to go to the Outrigger Canoe Club for their Chinese New Year celebration. But before we left for the Outrigger we took Tre to the Waimanalo Fire Station so he could check out the fire truck and stuff. He had fun checking things out, playing with some rubber gloves the guy blew up for him and then of course when he brought out a ball, Tre was in heaven. Then back to the house to pick up Jammer's Grandparents and off to the Outrigger for a fun night. They had Chinese dragons or I think they were called lions that cruised around and you fed them money in an envelope. Tre was intrigued and wasn't afraid if he approached them, but if they approached him, he wasn't too happy about it and got nervous. Of course though, when they were leaving he wanted them to come back.

Sunday, February 14th was Valentine's Day. Originally we were planning on going out to dinner that night but decided to wait until the day after. We went with Jammer's Tutu (Grandma) to the Outrigger for the infamous Sunday brunch. It was YUMMY! Tre wasn't super stoked to be there, he wanted to get down and run around so once we all had eaten a little bit we took turns wandering around with him. I think after being confined for dinner the night before and then waking up and being confined again he was wanting to stretch his legs. We then met Jammer's Mom at Jammer's Auntie Lo's house to visit with them for a little bit before it was time for Tre to take his nap. Then after Tre's nap we went back over to Jammer's Auntie Lo's house and Jammer did some more stand up paddling (as well as Tre and even I got cruised around on the board while Jammer paddled). That night we brought home some Greek food for dinner and put Tre to bed and all enjoyed a nice Valentine's meal together.

Monday, February 15th we ended up taking Tre swimming in the pool at Jammer's Grandparent's house. He had lots of fun jumping into the pool and got quite brave towards the end, Jammer had to really pay close attention because Tre would just jump at him without a moments notice. After nap we hung at the house and then got ready to go out to dinner for our belated Valentine's dinner at Roy's. YUM! The food was AMAZING!!!

Tuesday, February 16th we took Tre to the zoo in the morning. Some of the animals were interesting to him and others were not so exciting. But it was a fun afternoon. He LOVED when he was let out of his stroller and got to roam around the kids area. There was a fish tank with a bunch of fish in it that he really enjoyed. They had a little tunnel in the middle that you could crawl into and see the fish from within the tank. Really cool! He played with some goats, one that we thought was so funny because it kept trying to head butt Tre. We were calling it the head butt goat, so Tre started calling it the head butt goat too. Here is a video of Tre running around the goat corral. We then took Tre home for his nap and then after nap we went to the Outrigger beach.

Wednesday, February 17th we decided to head to the North Shore but after the long trip over we were saddened by the stormy weather. It was SUPER windy and a little cold, so after telling Tre we were going to a new beach to play we ended up just walking on the windy beach for a short while, took some pics and then went into the town of Haleiwa and walked around. Tre kept asking for the beach so we felt bad that we didn't get to let him play at the beach, but we can't control the weather and even Hawaii has some not so perfect days. ;) We made it home without Tre falling asleep in the car (with the help of me doing anything possible to keep him entertained, so tiring). We put him down for his nap and we ended up taking a nap ourselves. When Tre woke up we got cleaned up and went to the Outrigger for our last night in Hawaii dinner. That was even an experience, we got this amazing spot with a gorgeous view and of course it got rather windy and then really cold as the sun went down. We got through the shivers and enjoyed a YUMMY dinner. After I was done I took Tre to wander around which helped keep me warm (I was wearing a tank top so my arms were super cold).

Thursday, February 18th was a LOOOONG day! It was time to say goodbye to Hawaii but our flight didn't take off until 2pm. So we decided to take Tre to the Aquarium in the morning before we had to get to the airport. Tre had lots of fun at the aquarium, we thought for sure after tiring himself out there he would want to take a nap on the plane (not so much). Anyways, after the aquarium we stopped by the Outrigger to get some lunch before heading to the airport. I'm so glad we did that because we would've been STARVING by the time they finally served us food. After the Outrigger we went to the airport and were on our way home. Tre was super tired and totally delayed in taking his nap, so I had a feeling as it normally happens if he delays going down for his nap, sometimes it's harder for him to fall asleep. He didn't sleep AT ALL! There was a point where he was just so tired that he looked like he wanted to sleep but as soon as he tried to position him in a resting position, he freaked. So he didn't end up taking a nap on the plane. He was quite the handful! After we got off the plane we got picked up and within 15 minutes of being in the car, Tre was asleep. Unfortunately, we had to wake him up when we got to Jammer's Mom's house because we had to switch cars (which meant moving Tre's car seat). We finally got on the road around 11pm at night and Tre fell back to sleep at 11:25pm. Poor kid had a very long day!

The following morning he ended up sleeping until 10am (he was probably still a little on Hawaii time, but also super tired from the long day prior).

All in all, the trip was lots of fun and Tre had a blast going to the beach almost every day!

Tre is 19 Months Old

We are off to Hawaii on February 9th, so this post is going to be posted on February 8th just to get it out there and not worry about it while we are on our trip. The joke is we are taking Tre to Hawaii for his 19 month birthday, but not really, it just happened to work out that we are leaving on his 19 month birthday. We are off to visit Jammer's Grandparents in Hawaii and relish in the fun of taking Tre back 8 months after our last visit which means he is THAT MUCH older. And 8 months sure has made a huge difference. Last trip he wasn't walking on his own (we were always having to hold his hands which was no fun for my back, hehe). This time he is going to be running around having a blast. It's gonna be so fun. Anyways, I'll tell you more about Hawaii when we get back, now for Tre's 18th month of life...

Sunday, January 10th Jammer had the day off so we hung out in the morning at the house and then after Tre's nap we got some food at a mexican place in Leucadia and Jammer's Dad met us there, then we went down to Moonlight Beach and let Tre run around. Jammer's Dad brought the baseball and two gloves to play catch. We have been praticing catch with Tre and he hasn't quite got it yet, but I can see him taking it all in. It was a fun afternoon at the beach. I wasn't feeling so great so I didn't run around much, just took a lot of pictures of the boys playing.

Monday, January 11th I definitely wasn't feeling well and was bummed to miss a Hullabaloo show (kids group) at the Encinitas Community Center. We ended up taking Tre to the soccer field where I wasn't around anyone to avoid feeling guilty about being sick. He ran around and played with Jammer while I took pics and tried to stay in the same place for the most part. That afternoon Tre and I played at the house and watched some of his fav shows to get us through the afternoon.

Tuesday, January 12th I decided we should skip the play dates that day again since I still didn't feel so great. Poor Tre cooped up because Mom's sick.

Wednesday, January 13th I was feeling much better this day so after Tre's nap that afternoon we went to go look at some flooring ideas for a possible remodel we might do on our kitchen and then to the San Marcos Farmer's Market to check out what they had. The morning was rainy so the Farmer's Market had less vendors than they normally do because they weren't sure if the rain was going to come back or not. It actually turned out to be nice out, cold but somewhat sunny so we hung out for a bit. I got some yummy stuff, artichokes (which I made for dinner), snap peas, carrots, tamales (had to try and compare to my Mom's, they were good, but I LOVE my Mom's tamales), some hummus & pita bread. All really good, I'll definitely be going back to check it out to see what other vendors they have.

Thursday, January 14th we went over to our friend's Tina & Gibson's house for a play date after Tre's nap. It was lots of fun and it ended up being Gibson, Tre and their other friend Merrina that came for a visit. Tre was of course all over playing with balls and cars, Gibson has recently become interested in drawing with sidewalk chalk (he learned about this when I watched him a while back and he met Tre's friend Terje who had chalk at his house), then Merrina was just watching the boys and them being so busy. It's funny the differences between most boys and girls with how they go about doing things. It was lots of fun and when Tina's husband Tim got home Tre had to show him everything and they ended up kicking the ball around in the back yard which Tre loved. Anyone wanna play ball with him, he loves them!

Friday, January 15th was an indoor day. I was just feeling tired from a project I was trying to finish and needed to get a few more things done by my Friday afternoon deadline so after Tre's good length nap (which I was so happy for) Tre and I stayed home and just played off and on while I tried to finish the project. All in all Tre didn't seem to mind so much which is a shocker because normally if he doesn't get out at least for a walk in a day he is unhappy!

Saturday, January 16th Jammer had the day off. We did a lot of practicing catch with Tre in the morning, he is learning so fast, almost catches it every time. And Jammer's new thing with him is holding the football in the hallway and Tre's runs up to it and kicks it. Really well most of the time, I might add! While Tre slept, Jammer surfed with his friend Will and then after Tre's nap we waited for Jammer's Dad to get to our house and then we went to a very late lunch at Wahoo's. After that we took Tre to the park near there and then stopped in at Target so Jammer could get one of those workout balls. He got a surf exercise DVD for Christmas and needed the ball to actually do the workout. Tre had a blast playing with that after it was blown up.

Sunday, January 17th Jammer had this day off too, it was like a "blue moon" type scenario for him to have a whole weekend off. Weird too, because we are so used to doing things during the week when a larger portion of the community is at work therefore less people. Our day wasn't very exciting due to the weather getting yucky towards the afternoon. We went to Costco after Tre's nap, I was having a craving for a chicken caesar salad from Pat & Oscar's so we grabbed that on our way to Costco since it is in the same shopping center. Jammer was trying to avoid hearing about the Charger's game but he unfortunately got told the score in the 4th quarter which really bummed him out so he waited in the car for the last portion of the shopping, then we went home and hung out there.

Monday, January 18th was an even worse weather day. Super stormy, windy and rainy. Not good weather for even going outside at all, so we were stuck in the house for the entire day. Not so fun...hopefully this weather gets better.

Tuesday, January 19th was a better morning, my friend Sarah invited us over for a morning play date. Due to the rain she thought an indoor play date would be a great thing for a us to do and I thoroughly agree. Tre NEEDED to get out! So we went over there around 9am and stayed until around 11:30am, which amazed me that Tre was able to last that long since he woke up at 6:25am or so in the morning. He went down for his nap around 12:25pm and then around 2:20pm the power went out in the house from the storm. That sucked because the monitor went out and of course everything else in the house was out so I was basically sitting near Tre's room to listen for him to wake up. He woke up 10 minutes later with a few sounds and then I realized I couldn't make his smoothie because of the power being out, I LOVE ELECTRICITY and really missed it while it was gone. About and hour and a half or so later the power went back on. Jammer got home from work around 4:40pm and we decided to go check out Chick-fil-A's Family night where Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays deal. They had cupcake decorating going on while we were there so after our meals we got 2 cupcakes to take home with us. It was a mellow night there which I was happy for.

Wednesday, January 20th after Tre's nap (which was a good length of time) we went over to our friend Tina & Gibson's house for a little play date. Another mom from our play group brought her boys over to play as well (she has a son in our play group and then a new 5 month old). It was a short play date since we both arrived late but it was fun to get together. We got home and Jammer was here, it was pouring down rain so Jammer had to bring an umbrella down to carry Tre up. Not a fan of the detached garage in this kind of weather!

Thursday, January 21st Tre had his 18 month check up in the morning and you can read all about it if you didn't already, click here.

Friday, January 22nd I had a doctor's appointment in the morning in La Jolla. Jammer had to work the late shift but was able to go in a little late (since his day off this week was spent at meetings all day) however time was not spent very well as I spent a large portion of the middle of the day trying to get Tre to take a nap. He didn't end up falling asleep until 1:15pm. One of those days. We had a fabricator come to the house to measure our kitchen and bathrooms for a quote on the possible remodel. Tre and I ran an errand and then my friend Lisa came over to visit for a bit and we ate dinner, then I put Tre to bed and she left shortly after.

Saturday, January 23rd was spent here at the house in the morning then Tre went down for his morning nap while I waited for a fabricator to come to the house to measure. Then when Tre woke up we had to run some errands to prepare for a few friends we were going to hang out with on Sunday.

Sunday, January 24th we had a few friends over for some football and pizza. It was a fun afternoon, our neighbors brought over their son to play with Tre for a bit and then our other neighbor brought over their daughter who Tre adores. He was such a good boy and she would pay so much attention to him that he was a very happy little man having someone to show things to.

Monday, January 25th we went over to my friend Sarah's house for a morning play date. The weather was beautiful this morning so the kids got to play outside for a bit in their backyard which Tre was LOVING. Then in the afternoon we went over to a tile & stone place to check out some travertine and granite for ideas, then a couple additional errands and back to the house.

Tuesday, January 26th was a busy day of contacting homeowners in our community for the annual board meeting. I was going crazy with frustration with the people that didn't turn in their ballots. In order to hold the annual meeting we MUST receive over half the amount of ballots. We have 60 units in our complex which means that we have to receive 31 to hold the meeting. On Friday we only had 18, needless to say I had my work cut out for me. Another board member helped me out a bit but it was a bit stressful. At a little after 6pm we collected enough ballots to hold the meeting that was scheduled to begin at 7pm. Talk about cutting it close! That night was the annual meeting and thankfully it wasn't too long because I was dead tired. I am now the Association's Board President for 2010. Should be an interesting year.

Wednesday, January 27th Tre and I kept it mellow. Ever since the rain storms he has allowed us to be mellow every so often and I'll take it when it happens because running around can get super exhausting sometimes and after the crazy day I had before I was in need of a mellow day.

Thursday, January 28th Jammer had the day off, so in the morning we hung at the house and then went to Trader Joe's and drove by this house in Encinitas that we were curious about. Then Tre came home for his nap (which was a nice long one). Jammer went surfing and then dropped his car off to get an oil change (his dad dropped him off at home since I had to stay at the house while Tre slept). Then after Tre woke up we got ready and went to Costco, we grabbed some lunch while we were over there and picked up the things we needed. Then stopped at the grocery store and found out Jammer's car was done so we drove back to the Toyota dealership and he picked up his car and then we met at home. That night my play group had a Mom's Night Out planned at the La Costa Grill (walking distance from my house). So at 7:30pm I was heading down there to hang with some of the moms for dinner. It was a great turnout, 12 moms showed up and we had a great time!

Friday, January 29th I took Tre to this place in Escondido that our play group had scheduled. It was called Queen Califia's Magical Garden at Kit Carson Park. What an interesting place this was, I felt like we stepped into a version of Alice in Wonderland with all the crazy sculptures. It was all mosaic style. There was a little maze that had mirrors all throughout it (which freaked me out at one point when Tre went in and I couldn't find him for like 2 minutes, heart attack time). But it was a really cool place and the kids had an awesome time. It was also one of the little girl's birthdays so we all got to sing happy birthday to her and enjoyed some yummy little snacks. Then Tre for some reason did not want to take his nap and it took him over an hour and a half to fall asleep (with the help of Mommy in the crib for the last hour of it). Geez...what to do about that? Luckily it doesn't happen TOO often, but unsure why it does. He only slept for an hour and a half so basically all the work to get him to sleep for the same amount of time of nap. He seemed tired still when he woke up but was hungry and looking for me. We were going to meet a friend and her son at the park but Tre didn't want to go to the park. He kept saying NO when I'd ask him if he wanted to go the park. He just wanted to hang at the house and watch a show. I'm sure he was tired from the morning and the lack of nap with all that extra work.

Saturday, January 30th Tre took a nice long nap, which was a good thing considering he took a short nap the day before and he woke up at 5:30am and was awake for over an hour, then fell back to sleep for an hour so he didn't get a full night's sleep. After his nap we hung at the house until Jammer got home from work. Not much excitement going on lately. Next week we should have some activities going on. :)

Sunday, January 31st Jammer had the day off. We played with Tre, Jammer surfed while Tre napped and then we ran some errands. Fun fun! :)

Monday, February 1st Jammer worked the late shift so all of us went to the soccer field for a play date with Tre's play group. It was a great turnout of kiddos from the group and I think the kids had a great time.

Tuesday, February 2nd was a full day of fun. Our play group had put together a visit to a dentist's office so Tre and I went over there to check out the dentist office and Tre had fun wandering around the office. It was a good experience. That afternoon we went to our friend Sarah's house for a little play date and then we picked up Jammer from the house after he got home from work and we went over to Chick-fil-A for dinner.

Wednesday, February 3rd Tre and I went to the Batiquitos Lagoon for a walk with our play group. Good walk and a beautiful morning! The attempt to get Tre to nap was not so much fun, took me over 2 hours to get him to fall asleep. After he woke up we went over to my friend Dana's house to play for a bit and then came home to hang with Jammer before bed.

Thursday, February 4th Jammer had the day off and after Tre's 3 hour nap we went to Costco and Trader Joe's to pick up some things we need for Hawaii and then met Jammer's Dad at Buca di Beppo for dinner.

Friday, February 5th was a hang at home day. Tre was feeling a little warm so I decided to keep him home for the day, we did have to get out to go to the grocery store to get him some Motrin but other than that we stayed indoors all day.

Saturday, February 6th we did some errand running in preparation for Hawaii and then when Jammer got home we took Tre to get some sandals since we realized that he had none that fit him and then on the way home picked up some sushi.

Sunday, February 7th was Super Bowl Sunday. In the morning I did a lot of preparing to pack and stuff and then after Tre's nap (which was a short one) we went over to my friend's Tiff & Casey's house for their Super Bowl Party. Jammer had to work ALL day from morning to night so he didn't get to come with us. We hung out over there for a while and then I brought Tre home for bedtime routine.

Monday, February 8th was the last day in Cali before we leave for Hawaii the following day. A lot to do!! We had planned a while back to go to the Hullabaloo show but as Sunday night progressed at a quick rate I started to feel the pressure of packing and making sure I didn't forget anything so I decided to cancel attending the Hullabaloo show and stay home in the morning to get completely packed and ready to go. Tre's friend Harper turned 2 on Friday so he had a birthday party for the kids that was initially scheduled for Saturday but due to bad weather got changed to Monday so we definitely wanted to go to the party to say HI before we left to go up to LA. Busy day! Now we are off to my parent's house to drop off Noa and Roxy, Cyrus is staying home and our very sweet neighbor Rachel is going to be checking in on him regularly. Roxy needs a lot more attention than I am willing to ask of anyone, but my Mom is very familiar with Roxy and will take good care of her so she will be staying up there. Then to LA to Jammer's parent's house to stay there and his Mom will be taking us to the airport in the morning.

Hope everyone has a great week and I'll update you all when we get back!

Now for the link to Tre's collection of pictures from the past month...Enjoy...
